The Answers You Need
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Visit our gift cards tab at the top of the page and choose a pre selected amount or a custom amount of your liking! The gift card will then be sent to the email of your choice when you purchase it. Gift cards don't expire.
Do you offer pickup if you're local to the area?
Of course! Pickup is free and typically ready in about 24-48 hours after placing your order during business days. (Usually ready same day if placed before 5 pm.) Exact pickup address disclosed once you receive the "ready for pickup" email. Please check junk mail if you don't see anything in your inbox from us. Please note, if this option is chosen at checkout and you choose to not pickup your order and therefore need it shipped, your order must be canceled and replaced with the shipping option at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase. Tags must still be attached and item(s) must be unworn and unwashed. Please reach out for support via email for returns.
How do you recommend caring for Timber and Moon products?
To keep your bamboo pajamas and clothing looking new and lasting longer, we recommend turning the items inside out and washing with like colors in cool water on a gentle cycle. Although you can tumble dry low, we don't recommend it. We suggest hanging or laying flat to dry.
What if my items are pilling?
Due to the delicate nature of bamboo fabric, items can sometimes pill from surface abrasion, especially when rubbing against other non bamboo materials. To help prevent pilling, we recommend following our care instructions above. Since this is in the nature of the fabric itself to certain extents, our return policy does not cover pilling.
What if I need to cancel my order or change my address I put in?
Timber and Moon will do their best to help accommodate canceling an order or changing an address if it was incorrectly put. Once your order has been "fulfilled" or "shipped" we can not make any changes. If an address needs changed, email us ASAP with subject being ADDRESS CHANGE. The address change must be within the same state as previously put due to tax purposes otherwise your order will need canceled and reordered by you. We can not guarantee these changes will be made before an order is fulfilled.
Which items are final sale?
Due to sanitary reasons, underwear are final sale. As well as anything purchased in the sale section.
What if an item I received was damaged or defective?
If you received an item that has a defect or damage, you must report this to us within 10 days of receiving the items to be eligible for replacement. Please send your order number along with detailed photos to timberandmoon@gmail.com for support.
